The Lean Green Smoothie!

This amazing little drink has saved me! I love it! Full of protien and vitamins! In my juicer, I put kale and spinach and either bluberries, pineapple or whatever you're feeling like. Then in blender or magic bullet put ice and a banana in it. Pour juice fom juicer in with ice and banana and blend! I put one packet of truvia (no calorie natural sweetner) in for added flavor! The best part is....my kids LOVE IT! I'm on day 5 of this juicing journey and it's rough! I have learned a lot though and feel skinnier and healthier. I wouldn't say I have loads of energy, but I can feel improvement...my skin looks phenom! Try it, I bet you will like it too!

DAY 3....

Ummm YAH, it's horrible! My positive attitude has been replaced by a horrible headache, hunger pains and fatigue! Good news is, my skin looks amazing, I have a J-Lo glow goin' on and I think I'm smaller than I was 3 days ago!!! I will survive, my poor kids and hubby might not. I am a brat when I'm hungry and add tired to that...deadly combo. I think after today I should be ok, or at least that's what I'm hoping for. I have to go drink another juice...

FOOD: Day 1

Day 1 of my 10 day juice fast. So far so good! I have had grapefruit/apple juice for breakfast and Spinach/carrott/orange/cucumber juice for lunch. I'm not hungry, but not feeling a ton of energy yet. I have heard the first 3 days are the toughest because your body detoxes. I can't wait to start feeling and looking amazing! 2 juices down 2 to go!
